Greg Feeney

First elected to in 2003 and has served as the Council President 2 times and is seeking his third 3 year term as a Beachwood Councilman.

Areas of responsibility are Administrative, Public Safety, and Public Works.

Currently serving his 6^th year on the Beachwood Land Use Board as the Council representative.

Chairman of the Beachwood Municipal Alliance.

As Chairman he has secured over $50,000 in grants earmarked directly for the residents of our community. Alliance programs include the Bear Cubs, Senior Luncheons and Health Screenings, Summer Fun Nights, annual Family Luau on the Beach, and our monthly Youth Dances, to name a few.

Certified Public Manager with 20 years of public service experience and is the Director of Security for Ocean County. Prior to becoming the Director of Security he was the Executive Assistant for the Department of Juvenile Services working at the Juvenile Detention Center for 17 years.

Ron is married and has four children and is a Member of the St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville.

Community activities are a big part of my life. My family and I are involved in numerous civic and community organizations. I have coached several youth sports and participate in many community events. I served as a Cub Scout leader and treasurer for pack -70 and have been a baseball coach for the Beachwood Pine Beach Little League for 15 years. I am a member of the Ocean County Columbus Day Parade Committee and have been a work place representative for the United Way, American Cancer Society and March of Dimes for many years. I know how important it is to be honest and trustworthy and I will do my best to provide Beachwood with ethical and responsible representation.
